Detergent Added Hydraulic Oils:
They are special products developed to protect the equipment of hydraulic systems that have to work in very polluted environments and to get full efficiency from the oil. Some manufacturers in their equipment; They made it mandatory to use these products, which are available internationally as "Detergent Hydraulic Oils". TOTAL branded products belonging to this series; TOTAL AZOLLA is the DZF series.
Biodegradable Hydraulic Oils:
In systems that work in harmony with the environment, the oil must be biodegradable in order not to harm the environment in case of a possible leak. These products; It has been developed for special areas where wastes such as Public Works, Forestry Works, Water Treatment Facilities, Ski Centers, Hydroelectric Power Plants pose a risk to the environment.
These products, which are called "Biodegradable Hydraulic Oils" and are required to be used in all systems that are likely to mix with nature in European countries, also have to be officially certified by the European Commission with the "EUROPAN ECOLABEL" certificate. Products that do not have this certificate cannot be used as biodegradable hydraulics. This series is offered to the user in the international market as the TOTAL BIOHYDRAN TMP series in the TOTAL product range.
Fireproof Hydraulics:
These products, which are specially developed for use in systems that are exposed to high temperatures and have the risk of burning, are known as "Fire Resistant Hydraulic Fluid" in the international market. TOTAL HYDRANSAFE HFC 146; It also pleases the user with its features such as superior corrosion prevention, separation from air, and prevention of foam formation. For example, the hydraulic oil used in a sector that operates under high temperatures and has the risk of contact with nature, such as the mining sector, must be both non-combustible and biodegradable.
Food Grade Hydraulics:
It is also known as halal certified hydraulic system oils. It is mandatory to use in food processes and auxiliary product production processes that can come into contact with foods. In these hydraulics, there are two different product groups for HM Class and HV Class. HM Class Halal Hydraulics in the TOTAL product range; With the series named TOTAL NEVASTANE AW, HV Class Halal Hydraulics are offered to users with the series named TOTAL NEVASTANE SH.
The name of this document is also the NSF "National Sanitation Foundation" (National Hygiene Foundation) certificate for halal hydraulic oils, that is, food compatible hydraulic oils. It is the certificate of conformity of all parts and raw materials of the product to human health.
